Welcome to Snaptel.io. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Snaptel.io mobile application (“App”) and associated web interface (“Web Portal”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. User Roles

Snaptel.io is designed for two user roles: Resellers – Manage PBX services and related customer configurations. Customers – Access call insights, statistics, and related service data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App or Web Portal.
